The main challenge in this project was maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness across a complex, multi-tenant environment that operates at different hours throughout the day. With numerous shared spaces and constant public interaction, cleaning needed to be carefully scheduled and managed to ensure minimal disruption to staff and visitors. This required strong coordination, attention to detail, and flexible service delivery that aligned with the diverse needs of all tenants.

To achieve seamless delivery, Wallum Industries implemented a structured after-hours cleaning program, allowing our team to complete works without interfering with daily operations. Using sustainable cleaning practices, microfibre technology, and low-chemical solutions, we prioritised environmental responsibility while maintaining exceptional hygiene standards. Each team member was trained in site-specific procedures and client expectations, ensuring quality assurance and consistent results across all areas of the facility.

Wallum Industries provided daily cleaning of all offices, amenities, kitchens, and shared wellness areas, alongside ongoing waste and recycling management. The team ensured all high-touch surfaces were regularly disinfected and consumable supplies were restocked as needed. Dedicated on-site supervision and routine quality inspections ensured all works met the client’s expectations. The use of sustainable cleaning products and water-efficient techniques reduced environmental impact while maintaining a spotless presentation throughout the facility.

The project has delivered consistent and high-quality cleaning outcomes across every zone of the Vitality Village complex. Through the use of environmentally conscious products, Wallum achieved a 30% reduction in chemical use, aligning with the client’s sustainability objectives.
